request our customer to send payment after confirming
the order with us. |

Though
we take maximum care while packing the goods in the
parcel, but we will not be responsible for any kind
of postal / travel damage, or damage of any item which
comes under rules & regulation of either the local
customs of the country where the parcel has been sent
or from Indian customs, as due to security reasons,
customs people may open the parcel without we or our
customer knowing it & repack it by their own way,
hence customs people may or may not repack the parcel
properly which might cause damage of few tricks. We
will not be responsible for any such damaged tricks.

Once
the order is placed & after we receive the payment
for the same, the order can not be completely cancelled,
but can be altered or changed the contents according
to the availability of the magic tricks or can be
made by order. |

The
prices can be changed without prior intimation due
to fluctuating market rate (currency conversion) or
any such reason. |
| 6) |
We
will not be responsible for any missing items in the
parcel, as such things never happen in our shop. But
there are chances, that customs people may open the
parcel for any reason without informing us & there
may be chances that, while repacking the parcel, there
may be a missing trick or so. |
| 7) |
We
will be happy to send the parcel to our customer through
the customer’s own courier agent (shipping agent)
where the customer has an account, so that he can
pay the courier charges (shipping charges) directly
to their agent on receipt of the parcel. But in case
of some other courier company (shipping agent), the
customer will have to pay the courier charges (shipping
charges) to us before sending the parcel to the customer
or the customer can send the shipping charges along
with their order. |

We
can send the parcel by air cargo, but the customer
will have to go to the airport to pick up the parcel
& get it cleared through customer’s own
cargo agent. All necessary import duties or any other
chares while clearing the parcel from the customs
will be paid by the customer. |
| 9) |
On
placing / confirming the order with us, the customer
has to pay in advance the complete amount of the order
placed with us including courier / cargo / shipping
charges (if sending the parcel through our agent). |
| 10) |
After
placing an order with us, if some items are to be
made ready, we will definitely try our best to prepare
them as early as possible, but in case of any kind
of genuine problems, the actual production may take
some more time, hence if the order is for more than
6 pcs of each items, then the order can not be cancelled
but the same order will be sent on completion, but
if the order is for less than 3 pcs of each item,
then the customer can change the items & take
some other items instead of the incomplete item. |

We
may have to charge customer the commission of 3% on
the total value of the order for making the payment
through credit card |
